Contact with us

If you contact us by form on the website or by e-mail, we store the data you provide for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions for six months. We never will pass on this data without your consent.

Web tracking

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics of the company Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043 USA. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider's server and stored there.
You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored.
An order processing agreement between us and the web tracking provider has been concluded, which is based on standardized Privacy Shield clauses.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of the GDPR.
Our scope, referring to the GDPR, is the improvement of our offer and our web presence.

Since the privacy of our users is important to us, your IP address is recorded, but pseudonymised immediately by deleting the last 8 bits. This means that only a rough localization is possible.
User data will be kept for a period of 14 months.

Your rights

You have the rights to information, amendment, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection.
If you suspect that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority.
In Italy this is "Il Garante per la protezione dei dati personali" (Italian Data Protection Authority).
