The Intratuin Ostmann garden center in Oldenburg is one of the largest garden centers in Germany and leads the way for the latest generation of XXL garden centers. A veritable green shopping paradise. It offers a wide range of plants, a farmers' market, a gastronomy area with a unique view on the impressive "Hofgarten", attractive sales areas and inspiring seminar rooms for workshops. At the heart of this innovative garden center is the aforementioned and distinctive "Hofgarten". A kind of inner courtyard surrounded by transparent greenhouses. On the one hand, the imposing atrium is an attractive open-air sales area, on the other hand, the courtyard offers plenty of space for events and conferences. The entire routing is planned around this inner courtyard. Of course, the customers have the possibility to enter the inner area through doors and gates at any time during their shopping tour. By effortlessly opening large gates, the cold area can be seamlessly connected with the outdoor area. This is a smart solution to make the separate areas look like one unit when the weather is nice. The vast roof areas require a sophisticated rainwater management. At the Ostmann Oldenburg garden center, the sustainable and environmentally friendly siphonic drainage system in combination with the Rabensteiner thermal gutter provide an extremely effective and efficient solution.
